MKV to Blu-ray(ps3)

first of all please excuse my English

okay here is my problem i downloaded Avatar movie 7.93GB MKV and i want to watch it through PS3 (HDD external)
by using Tsmux i noticed that the Audio is dts and as far as i know ps3 doesn't support dts Audios so i demux the audio and convert it to Aac (Format Factory), through Tsmux i opened the MKV file by clicking "add" and remove the dts audio and here is the strange part when i click "join" and choose the Aac file that i converted it gives me this message "Appended file must have same file extension." but when i click "add" the Aac file goes in just fine, Split and cut every 4GB and Output Blu-ray disc then start muxing after that it works perfectly on PC but in ps3 there is no audio at all only video i even tried converting the dts to MP3 but its the same no audio in ps3.
