    here is a partial media info for avi video sample.
    Frame rate : 29.97 fps
    Standard : NTSC
    Scan type : Progressive
    Bits/(Pixel*Frame) : 0.398

    What does Bits/(Pixel*Frame) : 0.398 mean?
    Is it relate to richness of colors or video quality?

    It relates to how much the video is compressed. A very rough measure of quality.
