    Hi!
With MPEG2-TS, I used ProjectX to combine two ts files and cut parts of it. Unfortunately, this program does not support MPEG4-TS. I've tried many programs, including trial versions, and none of them can do what I need done. I even tried extracting the video and audio streams and tried to put them into an MP4 container (can be read by Sony Vegas, which I use), but failed (no picture or picture in slow motion).

    Any further tips?

Thank you, TSSniper did it, although not without errors (the resulting file had a few seconds from the first clip repeated during the switch - had to open the resulting file and cut it :P). Used MeGUI to create the final mp4.
