When I try to playback a DVD Video_TS file stored on my PC hard drive with MPC, the audio trails the lip movements by about 2 seconds.

The same file however can be played with VLC Media Player & the audio/video sync is perfect. Additionally, if the same video is burned to a DVD, the movie plays perfectly with MPC. This leads me to believe that my MPC player isn't setup properly to playback Video_TS files on my PC - or maybe there is a codec issue?

Can some please tell me what's wrong here & how I can fix it so MPC can play Video_TS files from the hard drive?
    Best regards, Richard

How do you open it in MPC? I think you should open the VIDEO_TS.IFO in mpc for corret dvd playback.

    Or you could try MPCHC.

    Thanks for replying Baldrick,

I can see now that I should have made my question more clear. I am actually opening the VIDEO_TS.VOB but I'll try VIDEO_TS.IFO.......Actually, I am already using MPCHC 1.4.2815
