    Any way to remove/reduce the green fringe (see image) in this video, caused by the fluorescent lights I believe? It was shot with an IPod Touch 4th gen at 1280X720 resolution.

  2. how does it behave temporally? does it stay in the same spot or change position/size/color ?

    you could apply a corrective filter through masks , or apply a vignette (to replace it making it darker instead of green might be more conventionaly acceptable to some people)

    It stays in the same spot, same color, size, and intensity. Might be slight variations since it was handheld, but mostly kept in the same viewing plane.

    I suspect the easiest method would be to crop the affected areas out.
