Hello guy.. i'm need a little help here.
did anyone know how to rip dvd into a small sized mkv?
As I already watch a movie, an anime movie for specific, the video about an hour duration is ripped as about 350mb in size. The quality is still good and for me that was really high quality rip to compare with its size. Actually the video not even ripped from dvd but reencoded, what is the best converter and settings so I can rip dvd and reencode other videos into small mkv...
Plz help me.. Thanx in advance...

Try megui or handbrake. Lower the resolution to around 640x480/360 and convert to h264 with aac audio. Click on the tools for user guides.

Staxrip is my favorite, you can usually specify file-size depending on the profile.
