bluray iso back to bluray format

The problem is:
I have a 43gb iso file that contains a bluray movie.
I am trying to extract the movie back into bluray format.
Then use bdrebuilder to shrink the movie back down under 25gb.
Then use imgburn to burn to bluray media-(yes verbatim)
The question is how do I extract the movie out of the iso?
I tried Daemon Tools, Slysoft Virtual Clone Drive and isobuster
none of which worked.
The iso plays fine on powerdvd.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Using windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

for dvd i use to mount using daemon then would extract from the virtual drive with dvddecrypter but for bluray i'd try mount then use dvdfab or anydvdhd

What happens when you use virtual clonedrive? You can also try DVDFab Virtual Drive.

When I loaded the iso into virtual clone drive nothing happened. After several tries I downloaded and installed a fresh copy of virtual clone drive and then it worked ok. Thanks for steering me in the right direction.
