Is there an Easy Way to Convert Videos with SSA/ASS Subtitles (Hardsubbed), Example is Converting an MKV File with all the attached Custom Fonts and Colors to a Hardsubbed AVI or MP4.

I've been having thoughts about this since Fansubbers can Convert their Multicolor SSA/ASS Subs to many Several Formats in Hardsubs.
