I just got my Panasonic 3D TV , and I'm trying to connect my hard drive or other USB flash memory to TV to play video files that I have on them , but it won't read them , in fact it doesn't see those video files at all . It does see photo files , but not video. the video files are in AVI format . What format should I use so my TV would read it.

Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

The user manual will most likely provide some enlightening information.
If you would include the model number of the TV in question someone will most likely read it for you. -
Panasonic's web site says:
VIERA Image Viewer™ Y (AVCHD/MPEG2/JPEG Playback)
That probably means M2TS and MPG containers.
