How to mux a h264/aac flv into h264/aac mkv videofile. I tried doing it with avidemux but with no succes. So which software is capable of doing this?

  2. flvextract to extract streams + mkvtoolnix to rewrap (if it's variable framerate, mux the timecodes in as well)

    or

    ffmpeg

ffmpeg -i input.flv -vcodec copy -acodec copy output.mkv

Ok but how do you mux multiple .flv's into one .mkv in the ffmpeg command line?

Use Andy's Flv Joiner, followed by ffmpeg
