    Hi,

    Have not been able to figure out how to apply filters to specific regions of the frame(s). Specifically, I would like to apply a much harsher 'sharpen' to the region of a movie that has a bit of condensation on it (a circular blur). Anyone have any ideas/suggestions?

    Post a sample frame of the image you want to fix, and we'll suggest a tool and filter with which to correct it.
