  1. I have a MKV video with a resolution of 1920x816.. I've tried converting it to an AVCHD to play on a PS3. It does work, but when it plays on a PS3, the video is at the very top with a large black bar at the bottom. I need to find a program that can re-encode the MKV at 1920x1080, so it will center the video on the screen. The only one I can find is MultiAVCHD but it's not working for me, and everything else I've tried leaves the video at it's original resolution. Can anyone recommend some other software, or some other way to fix this issue?
