  1. So I got the blackmagic intensity pro, I had it working about a month ago, then I took my xbox off the link for a LAN, brought it back, now it doesn't work!

I did have it working, so I know it has to be put on 1080i, and the control panel settings and media express settings. I upgraded my drivers to 3.9.1 and still nothing,
    can anyone help? :c

edit: Totally forgot to add this, in media express it's just blank, nothing at all, no audio, no video

That's funny... because the link in my post, which was basically just a search with these two terms in it, "blackmagic intensity" & "360" brought up 47 hits....

See the funny looking writing in red, it looks like this,

  5. are you sure you're being condescending enough? I just said it came up with no hits when I clicked it... But now I know what you searched I'll try that. (Just FYI, I've done it already, didn't help)

Double check all your connections. Make sure you didn't swap the in/out on the BMIP.
    Have a good one,

You've already hijacked and started enough threads. This one is about helping someone get their BMIP connectivity back, not streaming from your TV - which by the way isn't possible. Stream from your 360 maybe, but not the TV.

    I don't know.....
Are you sure you couldn't be any lazier by not searching here, using google, doing some real research with some real effort.....
I won't even go into what is really relevant.......

  9. I've been having the same problems, but I just installed the BMIP yesterday. From my endless searches, it seems that many of the problems are random and unique w/o any real resolutions. I'm going to continue the search and post back if I find anything.

  10. I've been back and forth with BM support all day (they are really good, btw), but nothing has helped.

It's funny how something that looked so simple is proving a pain.

1.XBOX HDMI out > BMIP HDMI in
    2. BMCP input settings of HDMI Video & HDMI Audio.
    3. Media Express capture settings of HD 720p 59.94 (even tried others).

It was supposed to be as easy as that! This could prove to be a pretty expensive paperweight.

    InfamousDX,

Not that this will fix your problem. But, I hope you have an HDMI splitter in your config. You will NOT be happy with the lag you will get if playing from the ME window. Preferred config:

    - 360 (720p) > splitter
    - splitter > monitor/tv
    - splitter > BMIP in (720p/60)

You shouldn't need anything int he BMIP out. Make sure you have the the IN and OUT ports correct. If I remember right, they weren't labelled on the card itself. I had to look at a picture in the user manual.

I think you have to turn on your 360 first. For some reason I remember a sync issue and turning one on before the other. Might be HDCP related, don't know.

  12. Thanks for the tip. I already found that out through some research so I have an HDMI splitter coming. As of right now, still hoping to just figure out the darn 360 > BMIP input.

I tried a few things that customer service suggested like hooking up my Wii and SD DVD player. Tried both, changed settings accordingly and I get nothing on the Media Express preview screen. For the Wii, actually, the preview screen was black but the sound bars were jumping so I knew it was picking up sound. And then when I captured and played back, it did capture the sound of the Wii menu background sounds. Aside from that, I haven't gotten any closer to getting the BMIP to work with my 360.
