Womble mpeg video editor I get "No disc or disc error"

after burning movies or and video's with womble.com mpeg video editor, why do playback only play on portable dvd player but on some home dvd players i get "No disc or disc error, please help or tell me what i need to do in order for them to playback on all home dvd players and not just on portable or computer,thanks in advance

It needs to be authored for normal DVD-Video (standalone units)

You can use a number of authoring applications e.g. dvdauthor gui, dvd styler, dozens more
