  1. Most of the video converter and encoders fails to convert following video clip and output to AVI or any other format has audio and video out-of-sync. However, video has been re-muxed by correcting audio timebase.

    yes. 2 strikes against that one and your not going to have any fun, variable video framerate and vbr audio. demux and convert both to constant frame rate video and constant bitrate audio.

    That's what i did....
