    I cant get adobe aftereffects to work it give me: AEDynamicLinkServer has had an issue starting. I've redownloaded it and it still give me the same problem. please help

    what version of after effects ?

    is this a registered version ? dynamic link won't work unless you have purchased one of the suites (e.g. production premium, master collection etc....)
