Conversion advice from WMV 720p for online streaming with Amazon S3

I have a 720p video in WMV format that I created from Windows movie maker (noobish I know!). I want to play it on my website using a flash player. The source file will be stored on amazon S3.

My question is, what is the best format to convert this to before uploading so that the flash player can read it, and so that it maintains as much of its high defination as possible.

h264 video, aac audio, mp4 container

you are incurring addtional quality loss by rending to wmv as an intermediate step , it would be better to use another program than wmm

I know, but I am a web developer doing this video as a one off and it seemed the quickest and easiest route to completing the amateur video
