    Can DVDFab Blu-ray Copy handle both of Blu-ray and regular DVD movie? If so, why should the DVDFab have another different tool DVD Copy? Has anyone ever used two software DVDFab Blu-ray Copy and DVD Copy?

    The difference is they can charge for both since the license different products bundled into one. Probably not the best way to do it but that is their choice.

    Another difference is they can offer more features to DVD Copy than they can to Blu-ray copy. Such as customize and some other things.
