AE CS5 and my vaio

my question i can use Adobe After Effects CS5? and what about small screen and heat

1600x900 on 13.1" gives effectively ~150 dpi pixels, which I think would strain my eyes, but maybe not so for your eyes.
No idea about the heat, but I don't see it being a problem with AE5.
