Is it possible import videos with 4:3 aspect ratio, and make my video from them, THEN PUBLISH THE VIDEO IN 16:9 WITHOUT BLACK SIDEBARS? Though it seems like a contradictory and irrelevant question, they look better on youtube in widescreen.

Movie Maker Live (Windows 7) supports 16:9 output, but I don't believe previous versions do. I don't thinks it does very well with converting 4:3 source to 16:9 - that is better done in something like virtualdub or AVI Demux
