    As for windows you need to signup for a developers account then head towards legacy tools where you should find a link for it.

    I appear to have a version of it, saved locally. (downloaded in May 1998, dates of the files in the zip archive are from December 16, 1997. The reason I have it stored locally is that I have an old hard drive attached to the system I'm on at this moment. )

    If that's not too out-of-date (if there hasn't been a new version since 1997?), and if there's nothing preventing it from being distributed publically, I could try posting it here. (Assuming the moderators or anyone else don't mind, of course.)
