Converting MKVs with several 6 channel audio streams to iPod...

I've been using SUPER, but since trying anything with more than 2 channels, if conversion succeeds, I end with only the two back channels, or no sound at all, or a failure. Is there a tool that can extract one audio stream, one video stream, and downconvert the audio to 2 channels from mkv to mp4?

To make a file that contains the video track and the one audio track use MKVMergeGUI (mmg) from here:-http://www.bunkus.org/videotools/mkvtoolnix/docs.html

Then use MediaInfo to show us what's in your new file.
