  1. Hi,
I've been converting my mkv DTS-file to AC3 using mkv2ac3 with aften/normalize/max bitrate. Now, in some files, usally those that are bigger than 10gb, I get distorted sound in the AC3 track.
MKV2AC3 doesnt give a error message, so it's kinda hard to track the problem down. Anyone got an idea what could be the cause for this or perhaps a different converting solution for big files (normalizing is essential!)?

I suppose there is Aften and EAC3TO methods inside MKV2AC3, use the method that is most convenient to you.
