    1-) file - open -> choose first avi file;

    2-) file - append -> choose second avi file;

    3-) keep video and audio as copy, format as avi;

    4-) file - save - save video.

    is working but after finishing the first video has a strange sound

    this "strange sound" is like the beginning of the first avi

    please help :P

    It's correct but that might happens some times. Don't know why.

    I would try another tool, like virtualdub.

    Avidemux first indexes the audio of the video files if they are mp3 with VBR. You did it correct as sgbd said. Sometimes, Avidemux asks if you want to "unpack packed beatstream" the video part (xvid, etc). I choose "no" and audio is ok.

    Or try to demux the audio with Virtualdub with 'Full Processing Mode" and "PCM" (no compression). Save the new Audio file (Menu -> File-> Save Wav).
    Then you open this new saved audio file (Audio from another source) and choose a compression like mp3 or whatever you want.

    Save the whole file with Video in "Direct Stream Copy"
