    Is it possible to take a .m2ts file and reencode the DTS to AC3 and mux it with the original video from the source file without reencoding the video?
    I have tried TSmuxer but it seems to reencode the video

    Tsmuxer does not convert the video. It's just a multiplexer and demultiplexer.

    you could try using eac3to to extract the audio as AC3...then use Tsmuxer to mux the video + your new audio together.
