I am trying to make multiple splits on this wave file to be played on different parts of the video, but i can't figure out how. Can anyone please help me?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

If you don't know how to perform the simplest of cuts, I suggest you find some good Premiere tutorials.
