I have a 31 second WMV 2 video of a person singing. It looks fine with VLC on my Windows pc. When I upload to YouTube the audio and video get out of sync and her lips don't move exactly with the sound. So I've tried everything, I've used AviDemux to try and convert to AVI. That result AVI is out of sync even when just on my PC. I separated the audio with VLC into a WAV file and then told AviDemux to use a separate audio file - still out of sync. I've converted with AnyVideoConveter - still out of sync on my PC. I'm not sure what else to do.

Try windows movie maker or windows media encoder and save as a new wmv that might work better.
Or try open the wmv in asfbin and make a new wmv that might work better.

Thanks. Simply saving it in Windows Movie Maker worked.
