Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to burn MKV files to DVD, while retaining the ability to select subtitles (or turn them off) on the DVD player? I have a couple of foreign films that I would like to be able to enjoy with or without subtitles depending on my mood. In particular, I'm looking for a free program that will do this. I usually work on a Mac, but I do have access to Windows, so operating system is not really an issue here. Thanks in advance for all of your help!
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Under Windows, ConvertXtoDVD will happily read the subs and create a DVD for you, and handles a reasonable range of subtitle formats. I prefer AVStoDVD, however, which can also extract one subtitle (so if you have multiple sub tracks, it isn't an option), and is limited to only a couple of formats.
