    I have a DVD that contains a single folder (VIDEO_TS) containing the following files: VIDEO_TS (FOB), VIDEO_TS.BUP, VIDEO_TS.IFO, VTS_01_1 (VOP), VTS_01_1.BUP, and VTS_01_1.IFO. I can play the DVD using PowerDVD DX, which says that it is an 8 minute MPEG-2 Dolby Digital 2 video. I would like to upload the video to the Web as a single file that most anyone can play. How do I convert it and what should I convert it to?
