Hi guys,
I've searched high and low for an answer, and this forum is where I am always directed to. I have many anime series which I want to put onto my ipod, but most of them are .mkv with .ass or .ssa subtitles. I used DVDFab to convert usually, but the guys on the forum say that DVDFab doesn't recognise this file type.
I was wondering, having exhausted nearly every other option, if there was a way to keep them as .ass or .ssa and keep the formats and such, instead of converting them to .srt and having them boring.
Using an analogy, if the video layer was one layer and the subtitles was another, is there a way to merge them so that the subtitles are actually part of the video instead of their own layer?
Thank you!
