My new capture card can record and playback, but won't live stream. :-/

Hey everyone, I just got this video card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815100049

For use in recording movies and games off of my Xbox 360. Now it records and plays back just fine... i can upload to Youtube or wherever. But when it comes to Livestreaming nothing shows up. I have my source set to the media card and i don't understand why it's not working. Can anyone enlighten me? Help is much appreciated.

Do you have reason to believe the streaming software supports that card? And the resolutions it puts out?

I'm a newbie to all this so i think i get what you're saying. Should there be a way for me to set my card to perform lower as to support live streaming?
