I've searched the forums and googled for the last 3 hours. I've used and have been using megui for the longest. I decided to update to the x64 version since I am using win7..I can't get avisynth to open an mkv file (avc or vc1) I get the dreaded unable to render file message..However, the same files will open with the non x64 version of megui. Anyone have any clues? I've uninstalled, reinstalled..Also uninstalled the other non x64 megui..Just trying to get that extra boost, but I can't figure this out. Any help greatly appreciated..By the way, it will open standard vob files..

Are you running the 64 bit version of Win7 ?
Have you installed suitable 64 bit codecs ?
What sort of boost are you expecting ?

Yes..I am running win7 64 bit...Yes I have the required codecs..I figured with a quad the 64 bit version would be a little faster than the 32bit version...I just don't know why my files wont open with the 64bit but will with the 32bit version of megui..I followed the instructions here...http://forum.doom9.org/archive/index.php/t-153904.html..Thanks for the help
