    HI,

I've converted the MKV movie to DIVX .AVI using HIDef converter software. It was complete, but when I watched the new converted .avi movie. The audio and video are not sync. I used the auto setting in the software when I converted the MKV movie.

Anyone know how to fix this problem. Greatly appreciated if you can help.

Try something else, like xmedia recode, format factory or mkv2avi.

Instead of converting the file, just extract the streams from the .mkv (MKVextractGUI) and mux them together in an .avi (Yamb-2.1.0.0_beta2_setup) container. It's easier then converting (re-encoding) the streams again.
