I have a standard dvd movie that has the black bars on the right and left side when watching on a plasma HDTV. Must be filmed in 4:3 ratio. Is there a way to change this in HandBrake. The ratio is called out at 720 x 480 in HandBrake. What ratio would get rid of the black bars on the right and left side?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

4:3 should look like that. Or else just use the zoom on your tv or dvd player or software dvd player.
