Best way of cutting HD h264 MKV ?

I'm splitting it into 3 different parts (the second one is what I want) with mmg (part of mkvtoolnix) but this is too slow for me and it has some seconds difference of what I typed there + its too hard to do the math with the seconds (if you want to cut 30 minute 30 sec to 30 minute 40 sec you have to type "1830s,1840s").

I'm searching for something like virtual dub or h264ts_cutter .

avidemux or dsmux(included in haali media splitter).

I can't even open dsmux ? Do I need to install avisynth or ffdshow or something like that ?

Multiplying by 60 is "too hard". ????

Start GDSmux. But I haven't tried it myself...just read about it.
