I want to build a software which can convert MP3, MPEG, AVI to WMA, WMV. This is link

It guides how to convert but i can't understand this process
Who can help me to find algorithm and understanding this process?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!
