how to edit h.264 he-aac ts videos

ive used to use to cut my video VideoReDo TVSuite V4 h.264 but because i upgraded i can now only cut 1min of video and not 5 as i used to cut music video so 5mins was enough so now i need another app ive tried h.264 cutter first sec of the video always freezes for 1sec maby more and if i cut ads out were video joins it all messed up for 2 to 4sec i get the same thing using TSDoctor

any other apps out there to cut video in h.264 with he-aac audio or any setting i could change in TSDoctor or h.264cutter to get it working right

that worked but my file seems not to have audio well it has audio but when playing the file there is no sound
