Adding audio (wav) to video (avi) (want to delay start of audio)

Wanna add audio to a video and i'm able to do that in Avidemux, but I don't want the audio to start till 30 secs into the video (which I can't find a way of doing).

Can I set start and end markers for the audio when I add it to the video?

There are lots of ways to do what you want. One would be to get rid of the delay entirely by opening the WAV file in DelayCut and setting a start delay of 30000ms. Then mux without having to worry about setting a delay.
