  1. I have a video that i want to know if there is any way i can clean it up..Below is the images of what i get throughout the video at times...Its an avi file is there a tool and guide i can use to convert this into something i can view better?

    Honestly ? Throw it out. If the rest of the video is that bad, you are just wasting your time.

    The top image shows compression artefacts from having too low a bitrate, as well as what appears to be the results of poor resizing of interlaced source. The second shows frame blending and again, poor resizing. There is little you can do to undo the damage of such a poor conversion, and even if you could resolve some of the issues, what you would have left would not be any better, just differently damaged.

    I am happy to be proven wrong if someone like Manono wants to weight in with a super script.

    It might help if you post a few seconds of footage, as stills really aren't enough to make a final judgement on.
