  1. Is there a way to burn the DVD disc can not be read in a week

    No. The commercial discs that had this capability were manufactured with a special chemical coating that oxidised after 24 hours exposure to the air, rendering the disc useless. No such ability exists for normal users. There is also no way in software to do this within the DVD specification. In theory, if you wrote you own playback software and codec you could do it. Otherwise, no.

    Use really, really, REALLY poor-quality DVD blanks?

    I'd be wary about buying/taking a DVD that had a freshness-sticker on the packaging, though.
    If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?
