  1. I'm looking for a program for my Mac that is just basic burning. I have some videos on my computer I would like to burn to DVD to free up space on my computer I don't want any fancy menus, just a basic menu to select the videos that is all. I have iDVD but as far as I know that only does fancy looking menus.

Maybe Sizzle? Or there is more Mac software here: https://www.videohelp.com/tools/sections/macos-video-tools

And since this thread isn't about burners, moving you to our Mac Forum where you may get more Mac specific suggestions.

Do you want to burn files as data, or author to a DVD-Video for a DVD player?

There's nothing wrong with iDVD; just select one of the older themes and turn off any motion.

There's always Toast. It has menus and they're pretty simple.

Don't forget Popcorn. It's cheaper than Toast and does the same basic menus.
