I tried to convert VOBs to AVI via avi.NET The result is an avi file with sound till the first minute, beyond that no sound can be heard. I got the error you can see on the screenshot attachment, sound problem in Interleaving AUDIO with VIDEO muxing , I think its probably somekind new DVD encryption method. Do you have any idea how to overcome this problem.

I ripped several times using DVDFab Decrypter 6.2.1.8 DVD Decrypter 3.5.4.0 AnyDVD dvd43 and also tried the VOBs unripped with no results, all the programs doesnt find any encryption-protection. After ripping I got these files --->
    VTS_03_0.IFO 36KB
    VTS_03_0.VOB 154KB
    VTS_03_1.VOB 1023.8KB
    VTS_03_2.VOB 789KB

I tried also convert VTS_03_0.VOB and VTS_03_1.VOB with same sound problem. I got two audio srtreams I the first seems to be the proper and second its something like code ( maybe protection - encryption)

I ll try staxrip and autogk and let you know ...

Ok, let's just get a few things out of the way first.......

Let's look at some of your information/comments.
(ntiki ) "I think its probably somekind new DVD encryption method"
    No it's not.

    (ntiki ) "I tried also convert VTS_03_0.VOB"
Don't do this, never use the "0.VOB" file.

(ntiki) "second its something like code ( maybe protection - encryption)"
    No it's not.

(ntiki) "and also tried the VOBs unripped "
    This is bad!

As for your first post (the screenshot), it's generating an error whilst writing the "log" file to the application folder, this can happen if you are not an admin user, so this is probably down to me, I should probably take account of this, I just become puzzled sometimes with people doing video conversions on a non admin account, but like I say, I should probably change the "log" file location.

But, the actual problem, the "no audio", is still at the moment a puzzle, it doesn't look like it's an "avi.NET" problem directly because you have tried other programs with the same audio outcome.

What happens when you actually rip the files properly, i.e: just the correct PGC? (IFO parsing mode)
