Hello
I have a Canopus ADVC 100 and a Canopus ADVC 300 that nearly at the same time stopped to be recognized by my PC (OS Windows XP). I tried with two different PCs but the result was the same: no PC recognized them. I find hard to believe that the two devices stopped to work in the same days.
Any advice would be appreciated
Thank you

Power surge? Were both units plugged in?

Yes Lordsmurf. The units were plugged in via firewire. I have used them for years and the devices have always worked perfectly. Now suddently they are not recognized in my PC and in any other PCs I tried. It's very strange!
