    Hi,
I would like to cut and merge MPEG-2 Files.
Do you know a freeware that is able to cut and merge MPEG-2 Files without re-encoding them ?
    Thank you very much

Are you sure you have an MPEG2 file?

There aren't that many FREE mpeg2 joiners.

    What happens with mpg2cut2?
Open the mpg with mediainfo and see if it's really a mpeg2.

With mpg2cut2, I have one frame and that's all.
    I can't play the file.
Yes I check with MediaInfo, i'm sure it's an MPEG2 File.
I record with Vista Media Center. It is a converted file from a DVR-MS File.
Do you know then a software which does theses things ?
    Thank you

You could use VideoRedo. It isn't free, but is a great program.
