Can't convert one mp4 file, but another from same download converts just fine.

I downloaded a movie which had been uploaded as five separate scenes, each one an mp4 file. The goal was to convert the files to DVD ready files using either MainConcept (my preferred choice) or Tsunami DVD Author. None of the five files would load into MainConcept, which gave this message: "No Video Data Found". For the record, all five files will play with VLC.

So I tried Tsunami DVD Author. Three of the files loaded and converted just fine, but the other two will not load. The only message was simply "Cannot Open The File".

I am including two screenshots from G-Spot. The first one is a file that will not load in Tsunami DVD Author. The second one is one of the files that loaded and converted just fine in Tsunami DVD Author.

Does anyone have suggestions?
