Joining Youtube Segments?

I've seen plenty of guides on splitting whole movies into 10 minute segments for YouTube.
But, what I want to know, is if there is a tool, or a simple way to join the 10 minute movie segments into one long one.
If it helps to know, I want to load the MP4 movie onto my Zune.

Any suggestions?

You can join mp4s with yamb(use the 1.6.0.0 version) or avidemux(file append).
