See if Pinnacle has a Win7 driver for that.

  3. DVC100 (digital Video Creator) is a fairly outdate hardware device from Pinnacle Systems.

The last driver released for it was in March 2003 for the following operating systems: Win98SE, Win2000, and WinMe)

Perhaps is time to consider new hardware fully compatible with windows 7 or vista, such as the Hauppauge 1212 HD-PVR

or maybe the ADS Pyro A/V link (I have one of these and it has worked excellent over the years for my analog-to-digital conversions)
