Simple DVD edit Please Help

I record our church services strait to DVD-R and after i finilize it. All i wwant to ADD menu to it and scene selection thats all.
whats the sofware i should use, and how to do it. ?? if you have any idea let me know. please.

Easiest: Import the dvd in a dvd authoring application like tmpgenc authoring works.

Free but not as simple: Convert the dvd to one mpg with vob2mpg and then import the mpg in a simple authoring application like dvd flick, gui for dvd author.

It requires re-authoring. You can't just append a menu to exiting video.

I would say the free options a not just "not simple", but rather a big pain in the ass.
