    Hi,
I have some detailed videos that are part of a tutorial I'm working on. The person viewing the video needs to be able to pause it and view a clear still frame at least 5 times in a second. These also need to be a web-friendly format (flv, divx?, mov, wmv)

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks!
