    when using svcd2dvd to convert my mp4 file to dvd, it goes thru the 2-pass bit ok, but when it comes to create titleset it just stops and says some sort of error.
    can anyone help please ?

    Yes, but you really won't notice a difference (I don't, even on a big screen). Single pass has been tweaked to offer great quality.
